The Remuneration Group
Established in 1995, The Remuneration Group (TRG) is an independent networking group of FTSE-100 Group Reward Directors who come together to explore and discuss policy and practice in executive remuneration and strategic reward management.
What sets us apart is our independence; we are not affiliated with any larger organization. This autonomy allows us the freedom to act, ensuring our members shape the agenda and future direction of our discussions.
We hold five core meetings each year which are either online or in person in London. These gatherings are designed to facilitate discussion and networking among members, ensuring you stay connected and informed. We believe in enriching our discussions with insights from industry experts. That’s why we often invite high-calibre guest speakers to our networking events. These individuals are thought leaders who enhance the debate, and provoke new ideas and understanding of the landscape in which we operate. In addition, we use member presentations and personal case studies to keep the conversations highly practical.
TRG is delighted to sponsor the Reward Leadership Program currently delivered by Willis Towers Watson (WTW). TRG members join sessions to provide case studies and examples of real-life application of the subjects being taught to enrich participants’ learning. WTW offer a discount to TRG member companies for their participants. To see more details or to book a place please click here.

Membership
Member companies must be in the FTSE-100 or be of equivalent size. While our meetings are primarily designed for Group Reward Directors, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent attendance. In such cases, members have the option to send a senior level substitute, such as the Head of Executive Reward.
It is essential that any substitute attendee is well-informed and prepared to contribute meaningfully to the discussions. We believe that the value of our meetings is enhanced when every participant is engaged and ready to share insights, ensuring that the group benefits from diverse perspectives and expertise.
